Not good...here is why
This app only provides a list of gaps foods and allows you to select an individual food. It then tells you at which stage that food is allowed. What would have made this helpful, at minimum, would be to have the option to see all the foods allowed at each stage. The developers clearly had a list of the foods. Why they couldnt do this is a mystery...well, actually an extreme irritation, since the app costs $4 and is almost useless.
They could also have added notes on how each should or should not be prepared.
The more i think about this, the more i realize this was released without any kind of real effort to help people. More of a way to make a quick buck off sick people. Nice Natasha. Did you bother using this first?
