Handy, but incomplete.
This *could* be such a great app, and for 4$ I think it should be! Its handy to have a gaps legal list a your fingertips, but its missing sooo many foods, basic things like kefir- NCM talks about it right from stage 1, but its not listed, cream cheese, - made from dripped yogurt, cooked spinach, swiss chard? not there! I could go on and on, but I will just say, if youre on gaps, its a great app to have, easy to use. To the developers - please add the missing foods- all of them, we are already limited as to what we can eat - if we are relying on your app, it needs to be complete, if its not, its pretty useless. Thanks!

Useless!
First of all, this is not an app, it’s just a list. It’s really pathetic, and even if it was free, I would not be happy with it. I think this company is just out to make money, and not trying to help people at all. As another reviewer said, many foods are not even listed - potatoes, bread, etc…… Complete waste of money!

Like the others disappointed
This app was a waste of money! You can only send the review by clicking a minimum of 1 star. But I would say no stars should be an option.

COMPLETE SCAM!
Do not purchase. My app lists food in a scroll-wheel. It doesn’t tell me what stage of GAPS the food is approved for, no guide, nothing. I just get to scroll through a list of foods. Lovely. Thanks, Apple and Gapalicious.

Bummer of an App
This app doesnt work. The slider that is supposed to slide between each stage isnt even there, making this app completely useless.
